Frequently Asked Questions
When do days begin and end?
From 9:00 AM - 9:00 AM the next day. This allows us to stay consistent and clean the tools in-between rental days. If we ever deliver later than 9:00 AM, for example at 10:15 AM, then you'll get the tool until 10:15 AM the following day. It's only fair. :)
Can I rent tools for longer than a day?
Yes. We allow you to rent tools on a daily basis, and save even more costs by renting for weeks at a time.
What tools do you rent?
We offer the most popular tools like pressure washers, augers, tile saws, carpet cleaners, paint sprayers, and more — all cleaned, maintained, and ready to go. We’ve chosen to limit our supply until we get enough requests for other popular tools. Request a tool here.
How far in advance can I book?
Up to 30 days in advance — but we recommend booking early, especially on weekends.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. If no one has booked it after you, you’ll be able to extend your rental easily by messaging us.
How much does it cost to rent a tool?
Most tools start at just $25–$50 per day. Delivery and optional add-ons (like fuel or cleaning products) are extra. We’re typically 30% cheaper than Home Depot.
Why are you better than Home Depot or Lowe’s?
We’re typically 20-50% cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe’s, provide a delivery option, require no paperwork, and allow you to quickly schedule a tool rental without waiting in lines or giving over all of your private information.
What does delivery and pick up entail?
For a small delivery fee based on your location, we will deliver the tools at 9:00 AM to your door. On the day your rental ends, leave the tool outside your front door at 9:00 AM and we’ll pick it up.
